How to make healthy christmas snacks easily?

<>Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup Almond powder (badam powder)
- 1/2 cup All purpose flour (maida)
- 1/2 cup Clarified butter (Ghee)
- 1/4-1/2 cup Milk
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence or
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
Step :
- Take ¼ cup of almonds and powder it in a blender. Add badam powder in a bowl, add 2 teaspoon milk to it and mix. Add sugar to it. Mix well and add baking powder and baking soda. Now add ghee and vanilla essence (or cardamom powder) Mix well.
- Pour milk slowly, mixing well. Ensure the batter is of semisolid consistency (just pourable) Take care not to add milk as this cake tends to become very soft and crumbly.
- Transfer to oil greased cake tin, dusted with maids. Transfer the cake batter to this dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Centigrade for 20 – 30 minutes.
- Check in between with a toothpick, if the cake is baked. You can do so by inserting a toothpick, into the cake. If it comes out clean your cake is ready. Cool it and savour this protein-rich cake with a hot cup of tea!
