<>Ingredients :
- 1 beetroot grated
- 1/2 carrot grated
- 1 potato grated
- 1/4 cup sweet corn kernels
- 1/4 Cup Green peas
- 2 Brown bread Slice
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- to taste Salt
- as needed oil
Step :
- Steam all the vegetables together
- In a mixing bowl, add in the vegetable mixture, crushed bread slices and mix very well.
- Add garam masala, cumin powder and salt, mix again.
- Divide into equal portions and shape into cutlets.
- Preheat the air fryer. Arrange the cutlets and air fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Brush with little oil and air fry for another 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
