Ingredients :

  • 500 grams tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 stick celery

Step :

  1. Peel the tomatoes and the carrot.
  2. Cut all the vegetables in medium size pieces.
  3. Put all the cutted vegetables in a pan.
  4. Put salt and oil in the pan.
  5. Start cooking over medium heat, covered.
  6. When you see water in the pan and vegetables are soft, put everything in a mixer.
  7. Mix until the sauce is homogeneous and almost creamy.
  8. Put again the sauce in the pan again for 5-6 minutes.
  9. Your Pomarola is ready for a date with your favorite pasta! Parmesan cheese preferred as a topping to it.
