<>Ingredients :
- 3 cup Turkey (can sub chicken)
- 1/2 cup Green Apple
- 1/2 cup Celery
- 3 tbsp Finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup Crushed Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
- 6 tbsp Mayo
- 1/4 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
Step :
- Add diced turkey, walnuts, diced celery, finely chopped red onion, diced apple and cranberries to a bowl.
- In a separate bowl add mayo, lemon juice, curry powder and salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Add mayo mixture to bowl with turkey.
- Serve with crackers, salad or with veggies.
