How to make healthy delicious super bowl easily?

Ingredients :

  • 500 gm Ground chicken breasts(boneless)
  • Store bought dumpling wrappers(u can make it at home too)
  • 250 gm finely chopped sweet corn, carrots and green peas
  • 2 big white onions finely chopped
  • 150 gms finely chopped leeks
  • 150 gms fresh coriander
  • 1 table spoon crushed black pepper
  • 2 inch long ginger peeled and grated
  • 6/7 large cloves of garlic grated
  • 2 teaspoon soya sauce
  • To taste Salt
  • 4 table spoon cooking oil

Step :

  1. Mix the ground chicken, salt, crushed pepper,and soy sauce and the grated ginger and garlic in a bowl and mix them thoroughly and wrap it with cling foil and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
  2. In a fry pan, using the oil, saute the onions, veggies, leeks and once it's all q little soft add the marinated chicken and stir well.U can use chopped bell peppers or brocolli too. The idea is 2/3 chicken and 1/3 veggies in the stuffing.
  3. Cook with cover in low heat for 15 mins with occasional stirring.Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In the end add the generous helping of chopped green coriander leaves and cover it after turning off the heat.Stir it well and let it sit and cool down for a little while.
  5. I used store bought dumpling wrappers, u can make it at home too, it just has to be fine or thin.
  6. Take one wrapper and put a little water on the edges for the glue,put a teaspoonful of stuffing in the center and close it in a semicircle.
  7. Press the edges and make a pattern
  8. Put it in the hot and ready steamer for 8 to 10 minutes. I used mine in the rice cooker.
  9. Serve it hot with sweet chill sauce or ketchup and hear the kids slurp it all up.😊
