How to make healthy super bowl snack easily?

<>Ingredients :
- 1 onion
- 1.5 cup chana dal
- As per taste Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 half cup coriander
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp Carom seeds/ Ajwain
- 1 tsp red chilli
- As per taste salt
Step :
- Rinse dal with water and Soak for 5 hours.
- Drain and grind to form a smooth paste
- Transfer to a bowl and add chopped onions, chillies, ginger garlic paste, coriander and spices.
- Now add oil and water as required to the mixture to make a thick batter.
- Now steam as we steam idlis in a stand for 20 mins on low flame
- Serve hot
