How to make healthy christmas cookies easily?

<>Ingredients :
- 120gm maida -
- 80gm powdered sugar-
- 150gm unsalted butter-
- 1 tsp vanilla essense
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder-
- 1-1/2 tsp milk-
- food colours-green,orange,yellow
- 2tsp coloured sauf-
Step :
- Take butter,sugar,vanilla essence in bowl and mix well.Add in flour,baking soda,baking powder,milk and kneed into soft dough..
- Divide it into 4 equal portions. add food colours to three portion and sauf coloured to 4th portion to kneed the dough again.now cover dough with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for 30minutes.
- Take out all dough and roll them in rectangular shapes to place on each other using lil water.again cover this with plastic wrap and place in fridge untill firm.
- Now remove it from fridge.trim the sides,cut into 4 equal portion.now again place the portion on one another by applying water on each layer.
- Make sure the alternate colours are sticked.now wrap again to refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Take out dough and cut into squares..
- Arrange them on baking tray which is line with butter paper.
- Bake them for 15 -17 minutes in preheated oven at 180C degree.remove and let it cool.
- The left over scraps of dough are used to make Christmas tree and other shapes.
