How to make air fryer healthy vegetarian easily?
In this recipe you will discover the simplest yet most flavourful way to make the air fryer healthy vegetarian! Whether you're cooking for a small family dinner or a daytime potluck, follow these easy steps for some excellent bites!
<>Ingredients :
- For Nuggets
- 1/2 cup boiled chick pea
- 1/2 cup oats flour
- 1/2 cup mix of spinach and coriander leaves
- 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal, mix with 1/2 cup water
- 1 small radish grated
- 1 medium size green bell pepper grated
- 1 small pc of cabbage grated
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp asafetida
- Salt and pepper as per your taste
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- For masala chickpeas
- 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 tsp punjabi chole masala (can get easily from any Asian supermarket)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp asafetida
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin & coriander powder
- to taste Salt
- For plating
- leaves Few lettuces
- Guacamole sauce
- Tomato chutney Or choice of your sauce and dip
Step :
- Mix everything for Nuggets except bread crumbs.
- Pulse in a food processor, just to combine everything
- Now take boat molds,, greased with olive oil and from nuggets mixture take a spoonful and press properly in the mold to give boat shape,, prepare all the molds (if you don’t have mold, you can shape it with your hand also) and bake nugget boats in oven at 170’ C for 10 to 12 minutes or until done
- For masala chickpeas,,, in a pan heat oil add asafetida, chickpeas and all the spices, mix well and keep aside, now make plating as shown and serve.
