- 1/2 cup Stir fry veggies (I used broccoli mix)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 cup Chopped chicken breast (I used 1 sweet turkey sausage)
- 1/2 tbsp 6 pepper spice seasoning (tons)
Step :
- Cook rice as directed on package add 1 clove of garlic , 1/2 teaspoon of salt pepper and teaspoon of 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in pot and cook rice as directed . Add 1 tablespoon of oil to skillet add meat and seasoning cook meat till (cooked) browned on both sides . Add veggies to meat and let it steam for 5 min. Add to Rice once cook and mix. Serve Hot.
