- 2 tbsp , cauliflower florets
- as needed mooli ke patte
- 1/4 Lauki,
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1 Gajar,
- 1 each Red,yellow,green capsicum
- 1/2 cabbage
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 3-4 Mushroom,
- as needed Celery
- 1 Onion
- to taste Salt
- To taste Crushed white and black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Bhuna jeera
- to taste Lemon juice
Step :
- Sabhi veggies ko peel wash karein or barik kate.
- Karahi mein 4_5 cup vegetable stock dale.add all veggies and salt.
- Ek ubal aane par gas sim karein or 5 min cook karein.
- Jyada cook nahi krna.Isme veggies raw hi khae jati hai.
- Ye crunchy vegetable soup hai.
- Ye without oil soup garma garam prosna hai.add lemon juice and crushed white and black pepper powder and bhuna zeera powder.
- Note.....Is soup mein butter, oil ya malai nahi dali.Ye oil free soup hai.
