  • Omlette
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 2 green onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 grated cheese
  • 1 sea salt and pepper
  • Salsa
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 each fresh cilantro and parsley
  • 1 tsp chili powder (or half a jalapeno/chili)
  • 1/2 each lime and lemon, juice
  • 1 sea salt and pepper
  • Pancakes
  • 1 cup dry pancake mix
  • 1 raspberries and mint leaves for garnish
  • 800 grams flour
  • 113 grams sugar
  • 40 ml baking powder
  • 20 ml baking soda
  • 10 ml sea salt
  • 1 chocolate chips and raspberries
  • 480 ml buttermilk powder (opt.)
  • 1 egg
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 360 ml pancake mix (all ingr. before egg)
  • 240 ml milk/water
  • Raspberry sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 113 grams sugar
  • 475 ml raspberries and juice
  • 1 mint leaves and raspberries for garnish
  • Extras
  • 1 yogurt
  • 1 sliced fruit
  • 1 smoothie
  • 1 coffee

Step :

  1. Omelette: Fry all veggies in oil/butter; scramble eggs with milk/sea salt/pepper.; cook eggs with veggies; add cheese after done and let melt over top of eggs.
  2. Salsa: Chop all ingredients and mix in a bowl.
  3. Pancakes: mix all dry ingredients together except chocolate chips; this is the pancake mix; mix 360 ml pancake mix, and wet ingredients together, mix in chocolate chips and raspberries; cook pancakes
  4. Raspberry sauce: beat eggs; mix flour with water to create flour paste; fry eggs and flour paste together slightly, add sugar and juice and raspberries; cook over low heat and don't boil, stir and cook until thick.
  5. Others: Slice fruit such as apple or banana or orange or pear; add yogurt
