How to make healthy juice for energy easily?
In this recipe you will discover the simplest yet most flavourful way to make the healthy juice for energy! Whether you're cooking for a small family dinner or a daytime potluck, follow these easy steps for some excellent bites!
<>Ingredients :
- 1 Beetroot, washed, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 Big tomato, washed and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 Medium size cucumber, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2-2.5 inches Ginger, coarsely chopped
- 1 Large lemon
- 1/4-1/2 cup Coarsely chopped coriander leaves
- to taste Black salt
- Filtered water
Step :
- Prepare all the vegetables as mentioned above. (Remember to clean the veggies well because this juice is not strained.) Squeeze out the juice from the lemon. Keep aside.
- Take a blender (if you have a juicer, use that) and add all the ingredients along with a little water into it. (Don't add too much water in the beginning as it will hinder the grinding process. Add gradually as per desired consistency.)
- Grind till you get a smooth consistency. At this stage, check for salt and add water if necessary. Give it a quick pulse once again till everything is combined well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for sometime (if needed) or serve immediately.
