In this recipe you will discover the simplest yet most flavourful way to make the healthy ham casserole! Whether you're cooking for a small family dinner or a daytime potluck, follow these easy steps for some excellent bites!

Ingredients :

  • 1 pkg(14oz) Tofu
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup(240ml) cheese of your choice, shredded
  • 1/2 cup(120ml) ham, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp herb of your choice
  • pinch nutmeg
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste jalapeño

Step :

  1. Preheat your oven 360°/180°
  2. Rinse and drain the water from the package of tofu. Tear the tofu with hands and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mush it with a whisk.
  4. Add eggs and combine well.
  5. Add chopped ham(I used spam and omitted salt this time), jalapeño, cheese, herbs and spices. Mix well.
  6. Put them in a baking dish and bake about 35mins.
  7. Serve warm!
  8. Blue cheese and green bean was good too!
