How to make healthy winter indian easily?

<>Ingredients :
- 150 gm rice.(boiled)
- 1 bowl all mix vegetables 👇
- Carrot, raddish, cauliflower, peas
- 1 small bowl..Chopped fenugreek leaves(fresh)
- 2 tbsp spinach puree
- 1 tomato : chopped
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 7-8 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 50 gm .paneer
- 3-4 cubes cheese
Step :
- In a pan heat butter...Add cumin seeds...When they cracks...Add minced garlic...Stir till light golden...Add tomato, green chilli...Stir again...Add all finely chopped vegetables and salt....Stir again...Cover the lid...Cook for few minutes on low flame.(half cooked).
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and spinach puree..Mix well.. Switch off the flame.
- Transfer it into a microsafe bowl...Add boiled rice and mix well..
- Add grated or crumbled paneer, cheese cream mix gently.
- Spread grated cheese over it.
- Bake for 15 mins On 180°/350°F...
- Yummy, delicious veg cheesy rice casserole is ready to serve...Serve hot.
