- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp fresh herbs (mixture of parsley & basil)
- Olive oil to dilute

- Very little water to dilute

- In a blender mix all the ingredients & give a good whisk,,can stock in freeze for 2 days. Best goes with sweet roasted potatoes, dry appetizers (seekh kababs or sausages with pita bread)
